Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 2+ years of experience in customer success or student support
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Understanding of NORCET examination
  • Empathetic and patient personality

Responsibilities

  • Onboard new students and guide them through the platform
  • Address student queries and resolve issues promptly
  • Track student progress and provide personalized recommendations
  • Collect feedback and share insights with the product team
  • Conduct webinars and orientation sessions
